No Tricks, Just Treats!

This week, our treats include five new romances that I know you’ll enjoy. In the mood for some suspense? Try Watching Whitney, by Jerri Drennan. Homicide detective Steve Morgan is at Crane Lodge on forced sabbatical. Day one of fishing at the resort’s lake has him casting his line straight into a crime scene, reeling in a dead woman from the murky bottom.

Or you might enjoy Secrets of the Fog a delightful paranormal by Jaye Shields. When the dryad Tera’s friends inform her that the portal on Alcatraz Island is buzzing with an arrival, she thinks her goddess mother has come to visit. When Tera arrives at the portal to welcome her, she doesn’t find her mother, she finds a gigantic otherworldly warrior causing mass destruction among the San Francisco tourists. Being a forest dryad born from the Goddess of the Hunt has its perks, and kicking ass is one of them.

We also have another paranormal releasing this week, Into the Woods by J.W. Ashley. Growing up hearing stories of the vampire menace, Libby Conall is the first pack heir in all remembered lore who cannot shift. Although desperate to prove to her father and her clan that she can stop a long-succession of failures, Libby still delights in the magic of her craft and the world around her…including an unexpected and chance encounter with a man, his irresistibly cute ears, and his resounding self-control.

For those pirate lovers out there, pick up Duke by Day, Rogue by Night by Katherine Bone. Duke has already received high praise!

“Duke by Day, Rogue by Night is a rollicking romp of a pirate romance in the classic style. From ship deck to London ballroom, Katherine Bone’s story is packed with intrigue, and the disguise of her rough and dangerous hero as a town popinjay positively delights.” – Katharine Ashe, author of Captured by a Rogue Lord

And if you like your paranormals on the sexy side, try this week’s spicy release, Night Blooming Jasmine! Alicia Thorne has cooked up another hot one! Join heroine Jasmine Zahr as she learns how to hunt demons–and find out how she tames an enigmatic member of a mysterious brotherhood of demon slayers.

Or better yet, just get all five! You know you want to.
